User Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you or your child at any time. This page explains what we delete and how to request it.
What data we may hold
When you enquire or enrol, we may hold a name, a child’s age, your city/timezone, your WhatsApp number, and course records (attendance, practice notes, and any completion certificate).
How to request deletion
Send us a deletion request in either of these ways, from the WhatsApp number or email you used with us:
- WhatsApp: message us at +91 88282 13266 with “Please delete my data”.
- Email: write to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Please tell us the name (and child’s name, if relevant) the enrolment was under, so we can find the right records.
What happens next
We will confirm your request and delete the personal data we hold, usually within 30 days, except anything we are required to keep by law. Once deleted, we will not be able to recover it.
A note on other services
Some information may also sit with services we use to run the course (such as WhatsApp or Zoom). Deleting your data with us does not delete it from those services — you would need to use their own controls for that.
